BEFORE ORDERING

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are in California , USA where we sell and ship from.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? DO YOU SHIP TO THE UK OR EU?

Yes, we are happy to ship to you overseas!  International orders may take approx. 7-21 business days to be delivered depending on the selected shipping method.
Please note that insurance is not available for International First Class shipping.


For EU customers, any customs and handling fees must be paid when your order arrives in your country, you may need to pick up your order at the local post office. We will not collect VAT during point-of-sale.

For UK customers, We are not shipping to UK at this moment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU TAKE?

We accept most major creditcards and Paypal. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE?

The difference is the age. Vintage items are items that were manufactured between 30 and 99 years ago, and antique items are items that were manufactured over 100 years ago. Both items have collectible value and artistic value.

WILL SOLD OUT ITENMS BE RESTOCKED?

Usually no. Please contact us. It may be possible to find it.

IS YOUR VINTAGE JEWELRY READY TO WEAR?

Our vintage jewelry has been cleaned and polished, making them ready to wear.
We inspect each piece of jewelry before shipping.

However, due to the age , rhinestones or pearls may fall off during transportation. If this happens, it is easy to fix with craft glue.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?

We ship to whatever address you listed at checkout, so simply enter your friend's address instead of your own.  To reduce unnecessary paper waste, we do not package orders with receipts or packing slips.  This also means that you won't have to worry about your friend seeing how much you did or didn't spend. Each jewelry boxed in a gift box.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES?

All sales are final and unless noted, all items have been previously owed and worn. We do not accepot return or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, pleasecontact usbefore buying.

WHEN WILL NEW PRODUCTS DROP TO YOU SHOP?

It will be updated irregularly.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Our general processing time is 1-3 business days . Note that processing time DOES NOT include delivery time.

If you do not receive an automated email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. Free email, especially Gmail, Hotmail and suchl, may end up in your spam folder. Please allow our store's domain "rm-antiques.com" to receive them.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO YOU.

In cases where your package is returned to us for any reason, such as wrong address or unclaimed mail, we will require a re-payment of the shipping fees if you want your order to be reshipped. If a refund is warranted, we will require a 15% restocking feeto be deducted from your order amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED OR ARRIVED DAMAGED.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged package.Usually it takes 1 to 3 weeks to arrive after posted, but it takes even longer for busy holidays seasons such as Christmas. Sometimes it takes over a month because the package is mistakenly transferred to another country. USPS Priority Mail International & UPS shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, simply provide a photo of the damaged item and packageing.

MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS OR CONTAINS DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Sorry about that! Please note that since our jewelry are vintage , some rhinestone or pearls may fall during transit. , those usually easy to fix with craft glue.
