This is an early Trifari product.
A very pretty clip made of rhodium silver and decorated with lots of rhinestones.
This item dates to 1937, and the rhinestone joy tie is in great condition, giving it a very elegant feel that is unique to vintage items.
On the collar and chest of the dress. I think the clip part has probably been repaired. There is usually an sign here, but it is missing and there are small repair marks at the base of the clip. It was not repaired with glue or anything like that, but with solder by a proper jeweler.
